Face up to the Future

Ever wondered what you will look like in 5 years? Well you can find out at Zen Lifestyle in Edinburgh where a computer takes a picture of your face and shows you if your skin is damaged and how you are likely to look in the future. If it doesn’t look too great, Zen can also give you treatments and tips to make it better. I have to admit my complexion analysis was a bit of a shock. But my therapist Ellie assured me that, if I took better care of my skin, much of the damage could be avoided. After settling me in one the treatment rooms, she gave me one of Zen’s Red Carpet facials.

This was a Murad Resurgence Renewal Facial with products by skin guru Dr Howard Murad. He is a favourite with Hollywood stars, hence Red Carpet. It was 70 minutes of bliss and Ellie’s touch was so soothing I nearly fell asleep. But she brought me round with a reviving drink of cucumber and mint flavoured water.
