Parking
Both salons are in busy central locations and parking can be a little restricted. If coming by car you are advised to allow a few minutes extra to secure a parking spot and get your parking ticket. In central Edinburgh the parking attendants are ruthless so we would also suggest being a little generous with the meter so that you can avoid feeling stressed if there is any delay getting back to your car. In the evenings or Sundays you can normally park very close to the salon on the yellow line.
For Bruntsfield
Metered parking is available on Whitehouse Loan (opposite the salon) and on Gillespie Crescent and the other side streets off Bruntsfield Place. Some metered parking is available on Bruntsfield Place but only up to an hour.
For Teviot Place
The best option is to park on Chamber Street which is off George IV Bridge. This is just a couple of minutes walk from the salon. Metered parking is also available in George Square, from there just walk across Bristo Square to arrive at the salon.
For Hanover St
We do not advise driving into the city centre if you can avoid it, due to the heavy congestion and shortage of public parking. There is limited metered parking on George St and on Thistle St. This part of the city centre is very well served by buses from all areas of Edinburgh.
