Dr Rakus, known through her many TV and magazine appearances as the 'London Lip Queen,' operates a famous clinic in Knightsbridge, London. Although this clinic is a favourite with London celebrities and and other profile individuals, Dr Rakus still makes time for a regular clinic in Edinburgh, available exclusively at Zen Lifestyle Teviot Place. Dr Rakus will be offering a speciliast service for Fraxel laser (to repair damaged, scarred & pigmented skin and skin rejuvenation), and Thermage for skin smoothing and tightening. Dr Rakus is one of the world's top experts for Fraxel laser, and her Knightsbridge clinic is the 5th largest Thermage clinic in the world. Dr Rakus offers a unique level of experience and expertise, as well as a truly professional after care service.
Also visiting us from Dr Rakus' Knightsbridge clinic is her medical partner Dr Terry Loong. Dr Terry will be providing a regular clinic for minor cosmetic procedures, including Botox and dermal fillers. She will also be performing consultations and treatments for Fraxel laser and Thermage. Dr Terry Loong graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital, London in 2002 and completed her postgraduate qualifications with the Royal College of Surgeons. She since trained in various surgical specialties including general surgery and plastic surgery. Due to her passion for beauty, she concentrated her efforts in cosmetic medicine, providing more natural non-surgical procedures. Dr Loong’s speciality is facial contouring combining the use of dermal fillers and botulinum toxin, giving a more youthful appearance. With her gentle touch and artistic eye, Dr Loong strives to provide the best advice, treatment and care for her clients.
