Mon - Fri: 8am - 10pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers can be bought in-store, on-line or by phone. They can be for any value or treatment and are a great way to treat a friend or loved one.
Cancellation Policy
We will take a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation otherwise 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

Before and After your Treatment
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation time in on order to check in and enjoy your treatment without rushing. Herbal tea, breakfast tea, fresh coffee and wine are available before and after your treatment.
Appointment Timings
We allow 15 minutes between appointments in our booking system to ensure you receive a customised service without being rushed.
Mini Rituals
Upgrade your treatment by adding any of these "spa snacks" to your booking. Each mini ritual lasts 15 minutes as a treatment add-on to any other service.
