Reduce cellulite and tone up for summer with Endermologie
Feeling a little self concious to get in your bikini this summer? Exercise not helping rid stubborn cellulite? Just
looking to tone up a bit? Well then Endermologie could be the answer for you.
Endermologie is a personalised treatment adapted to meet the needs of each individual, and has been used for over 15 years. It acts effectively on cellulite, body shaping, and volume. The results obtained have been confirmed by scientific studies and is the only cellulite treatment to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
Cellulite results from a build up of subcutaneous fat cells and the retention of water in the surrounding areas. Cellulite can be unresponsive to physical exercise and even the strictist diets. Through time, circulatory disorders become worse, the ‘orange peel’ appearance takes hold, and skin looses it’s elasticity. By increasing the blood and lymph circulation with endermology, it restores the trophicity of the connective tissue and thus improves skin appearance and tone.
The treatments feel like a deep mechanical massage, it’s painless and can be very relaxing!

Teviot Place Summer Open Evening
Over 70 clients came to join us at Teviot Place for our summer open evening, as at Bruntsfield, clients were kept refreshed with a mix of fresh
cocktails and glasses of fizz.
The evening was a great success with most clients were taking full advantage of the 10% discount on retails products and also the additional 10% of courses offer we have running for the evening.
We would like to say thank you to everyone who made it along to both open evenings, it really was lovely to have an informal night with our clients and we look forward to seeing you back in the salon soon.
A full gallery of the evenings photos can be view on our Facebook page.
Jill Mac Loves Shellac!
I recently learnt how to do the Shellac nails and I’ve really loved learning this new process! It’s applied like a polish, but lasts like a gel, however the difference between the gel and shellac is that the shellac is applied more thinly, making it a lot easier to remove. The main difference that I appreciate the most is that the shellac keeps it glossy and shiny, making it look newer for longer. I’ve had mine on my toes for over 4 weeks now and they still look brand new! This is a brilliant treatment to get before a holiday, as they will stay looking beautiful and sleek longer than a normal polish.
We also sell the Shellac remover (D-Solve) in the salon, which will last you ages! You just put the solution into a solvent resistant bowl and place your nails in to soak for 10-15 minutes. The Shellac polish will then easily come off when you scrape over it with an orangewood stick or something similar.

Bruntsfield Summer Open Evening
Well it’s safe to say there might be few bleary eyed people this morning thanks to Ross from Tigerlilly! Ross was the mixologist at our Brunstfield Open Evening, he was whipping up Raspberry Cosmopolitans and Pear and
Vanilla Daiquiris like there was no tomorrow and boy did they go down well!
Judging by the mounds of empty glasses and the laughter it seems everyone, including our staff members, who of course had to try a cocktail or two, had a great evening.
Demos on the evening went really well, by far the most popular demo was HD Brows, almost every lady that attended has now booked in for treatment, they loved the instant result and couldn’t believe how dramatically having defined eyebrows can change your face.
The demo on Dermaroller also had a lot of interest, this is such a fantastic treatment and we felt we had to show it. The demo provided a chance for our clients to see the Dermaroller being carried out and of course ask Laura our model exactly how it felt.
We would like to say thanks to all our clients for making it along, to Jennifer who was completely rushed of her feet with skin scans and also to Ross for supplying us with such lovely liquid refreshments. We had a great evening and hope you all did too.
If you couldn’t make Bruntsfields Summer Open evening, we still have a limited number of tickets available to Teviot’s event which takes place on Friday 17th June 5-9. Call 0131 226 6777.
